Keypoint grows litigation practice group to 36, with the appointment of Consulting Principal in Melbourne

Keypoint Law has continued to strengthen its national litigation capability with the appointment of Nicolina Lademann as a Consulting Principal in Melbourne, growing the firm’s litigation practice group to 36 Consulting Principals.

Nicolina brings more than 20 years’ experience as a commercial litigator, advising and representing small and medium sized enterprises across a broad range of disputes. Her practice spans commercial, property, employment, and estate and guardianship matters, with extensive experience appearing in State and Federal Courts, as well as before the Fair Work Commission, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), NCAT, and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

She is particularly well regarded for her significant expertise in employment and labour law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and workplace bullying claims, and regularly acts for employers in matters before the Fair Work Commission. She also advises on the drafting of employment agreements and workplace policies, as well as property disputes, debt recovery and monetary claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, and complex commercial litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
