Keypoint strengthens national insolvency offering with appointment of ARITA President Mike Hayes

Keypoint Law is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Hayes, President of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA), as a Consulting Principal based in Adelaide.

Mike is a nationally recognised commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, with a focus on insolvency, recoveries and restructuring. He advises liquidators, receivers and trustees across Australia on all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency, as well as representing company directors defending insolvent trading claims and creditors in voidable transaction disputes.

Mike joins Keypoint from Piper Alderman, where he was a Partner for nine years, acting in high-profile and complex insolvency matters across multiple jurisdictions. His industry leadership as ARITA President reflects both his deep technical expertise and his role in shaping national insolvency policy and practice.
